Questions people ask

How do I read the whole collection?
Through your local library. If your library works with The Book Screen, ask the library desk for your personal access code. Enter it when you sign up, or on the Library code page.
Which stories can I read without a code?
The Fox and the Stork and The Guardian of the Forest – The Turi are free for everyone. You only need a free account to keep your points and progress.
My library is not on the list.
Tell us the name of your library in the message box below. We will get in touch with them.
I am not part of a library. Can I still get the full collection?
Yes, write to us. Tell us who will be reading and we will reply by email.
Do I lose my progress if my library stops working with you?
No. Your points, achievements and progress stay with your account. The free stories stay open, and the full collection opens again whenever you have access.
